  1.  All conversations are confidential.
  2. I prefer coaching via the phone, but will also coach via email.
  3. Submit short answers to a simple list of questions regarding your current position, professional aspirations and major challenges (available on request)
  4. Engage in a free 30 minute introductory session
  5. If you are interested in pursuing further coaching, schedule additional sessions, 30 minutes each
  6. Coaching is a lot like having a chat with a friend about things that are important to you.
  7. I am 100% honest in expressing my opinions, but I do not have a goal for you other than that you have a goal that you are progressing toward.
  8. I do not have an opinion on what your objectives should be. They are your objectives, this is about you.
